How IR Defroster works?
The IR Defroster does not heat the air to melt ice and frost.
It acts directly on water molecules, causing them to vibrate, evaporating, and drying them out.

The near-infrared radiations emitted by the IR defroster is suitable for drying moisture. (See figure 2)
When the near-infrared radiation reached the objects such as ice, frost and condensation water, it acts directly
on water molecules, causing them to vibrate and generating friction heat. The friction heat will melt the lump
and evaporate and dry out condensation water.

Effects on the human body
The near-infrared radiations emitted by the IR defroster have a longer wavelength than the visible light wavelength of 0.74mμ emitted by the sun and are harmless to the human body.
In fact, near-infrared rays have been used in saunas, room hearting and medical equipment.
